Conference Center & Accommodation
The Global Bethelites Family Conference 2024 is being held at Lone Oak Ranch & Retreat, Gainesville, Texas. This is a Christian retreat center which includes meeting facilities and family room accommodations. All registrants will be staying at the retreat center, in family rooms and participating in the Conference sessions onsite. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided during the Conference. Accommodations are open from 22nd at 4 pm for checkin.
If all the rooms are booked, the commuter option can be chosen. Accommodations can be reserved directly at Holiday Inn Express, Gainesville, TX. A discounted rate of $471.50 has been arranged at the hotel for Conference attendees. Simply call the hotel reservations desk and mention "Global Bethelites Family Conference" to book the hotel at the discounted rate. The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the Retreat center

Registration Cost
Registration includes accommodation for 4 nights at the retreat center, 12 meals and conference resources.
Rates are as per accommodation in same room.
For separate room, please enter a separate registration.
Daily Commuter rate is for local Dallas residents, external hotel and does not include accommodation on site. Daily commuters have full access to the conference and meals.
If all the retreat rooms are booked up, or you prefer to stay at a hotel, we have arranged a discounted rate of $471.50 for 4 nights at Holiday Inn Express, 320 I-35, Gainesville, TX - 76240. Baptism Service
Anyone who is ready and willing for Water Baptism should indicate so in the registration form. Baptism is the outward expression of one's faith in Jesus Christ and the commitment to following Him. Baptism symbolizes one's death to sin, burial of the old life and a resurrection to new life in Christ. The individuals ready for baptism should be of age of understanding and have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
Baptism Class and Service will be on Thursday, May 23rd at 2:30 PM CST.

Donations
Please use the Donations webpage to make donations towards the Global Bethelites Family Conference 2024. Any donation or contribution made towards the Conference is tax deductible. There is a 3% processing fee by the online payment system which will be deducted from the amount. Conference registration is not tax-deductible. Any donation checks should be made payable to Bethel International Worship Center.

Prayer Requests, Praise Reports, Questions for Q&A
Any prayer requests can be submitted via the registration form. Any prayer requests during the conference can be submitted in writing to the staff members or reception desk. The prayer subjects will be prayed over by the Servants of God during the sessions.

All questions for the Discussion and Q&A on Friday afternoon session should be submitted in writing to the staff members or reception desk. All questions will be reviewed and addressed during the session, time permitting.

Travel
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is the closest airport, around 59 miles to the Conference site. Love Field airport is about 68 miles from the Conference site. Please use self convenient means to travel to the Conference site.

International Visitors
All Bethelites and like minded believers are invited to attend the Global Bethelites Family Conference. International Visitors will be responsible for arranging their own Visa and Immigration procedures. An invitation letter for the airport immigration desk can be provided from the Conference.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered for any requests to withdraw registration till April 23rd, 2024. Please send an email to gbfc2024@gmail.com with the registration details and reason to withdraw. Refund if approved, will be done by check in the mail. $50 will be deducted from the original amount of registration. There will be no refund of donations.
