Bethel International Worship Center is an independent Pentecostal church in New Jersey. The church stands to worship and exalt the name of the Lord Jesus Christ in New Jersey and to spread the Gospel of Jesus throughout the Land. Services are held in English and Malayalam. We are currently gathering in the Consulate B room of Holiday Inn : South plainfield - Piscataway at 4701 Stelton Rd, South Plainfield, NJ - 07080. Service times are on Sunday 10AM and Saturday 7:30 PM. Bethel International Worship Center is associated with the Bethel Assembly of God Church in Bangalore, India and stands under the Apostleship of Rev. Dr. M A Varughese.

The church believes there is only one true God- the Triune God - God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ and God the Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe The Holy Bible is the Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of the world and he was resurrected on the third day, after which he ascended to heaven. We believe every person can accept Jesus Christ as their personal savior and accept salvation, a free gift from God. We believe in Water Baptism by immersion after salvation, and Holy Communion as a symbolic remembrance of Christ’s suffering and death on the cross. We believe the Baptism in the Holy Spirit is a special experience following salvation that empowers believers for witnessing and effective service. We believe speaking in tongues is a manifestation of the infilling of the Holy Spirit, as it was experienced by the Believers on the Day of Pentecost. We believe in divine healing and supernatural miracles happening through the power of the Holy Spirit as a benefit of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. We believe in the rapture of the Church – Jesus is coming soon.

The activities of the church include conducting gospel meetings, conventions and Bible classes to promote the preaching of the Gospel and of the Holy Scriptures and the belief in the Lord Jesus Christ, as the only savior of the world; conducting conferences and mission tours for the spiritual growth and edification of the believers, supporting missionaries and missionary organizations in different parts of the world to preach the Gospel for the purpose of evangelization; extending charitable services to the poor and the needy by providing resources or financial help to attain food, clothing, education or accommodation.
